We aim to book your free home visit within 48 hours and have a care plan in place within a week. For urgent situations we will do everything we can to arrange same-week support. Just let us know when you call.

Every Unity Way carer is fully DBS-checked, safeguarding-trained and supported by ongoing clinical supervision. We also match you with carers whose skills suit your specific needs: from dementia experience to medication support.

Will I see the same carer each visit?

Yes, that consistency matters. We pair you with a small, dedicated team (usually two or three carers) so you always see familiar faces and never have to retell your story to a stranger.

What does a care visit actually include?

Every plan is bespoke, but visits typically combine personal care, medication prompts, light meal preparation, companionship and gentle help around the home, shaped entirely around what matters to you.
